Because every home is unique, square footage is the most accurate way to determine the level of coverage, time, and detail required to properly showcase the space.
Smaller homes are photographed with efficient, high-impact coverage, while larger properties receive expanded shoot time, additional angles, and enhanced detail work to ensure every room and feature is fully represented at its best.
This approach allows agents and homeowners to easily estimate pricing upfront while guaranteeing that larger luxury listings receive the attention and visual storytelling they require.
Pricing is tailored to the property size and baseline rate includes professionally edited HDR photography, interior and exterior coverage, detail shots with a 24-48hr turn-around.
Optional add-ons such as virtual tours, video or twilight sessions for higher-end listings are at an addition costs.
